12-0531L NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, SPALDING COUNTY Because of default in the payment of the indebtedness, secured by a Security Deed executed by Danny Kelley to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Synovus Mortgage Corp., its successors and assigns dated June 15, 2001 in the amount of $94,453.00, and recorded in Deed Book 1922, Page 3; re-recorded on 10/31/01 in Deed Book 1982, Page 214, Spalding County, Georgia Records; as last transferred to Aurora Bank, FSB by assignment; the undersigned, Aurora Bank, FSB pursuant to said deed and the note thereby secured, has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and pursuant to the power of sale contained in said deed, will on the first Tuesday in May, 2012 , during the legal hours of sale, at the Courthouse door in Spalding County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said deed to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 204, 2nd District, Spalding County, Georgia, being Lot 4, Deer Creek Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 556, Spalding County Records, which plat is hereby referred to and made a part of this description, being improved property known as No. 107 Deer Creek Pkwy. which has the property address of 107 Deer Creek Pkwy, Griffin, Georgia. , together with all fixtures and other personal property conveyed by said deed.
