GPD makes arrest in FNB robbery

Investigators with the Griffin Police Department (GPD) on Monday arrested 46-year-old Jamie Lanier Colquitt, of Meansville, in connection with the Nov. 23 robbery of First National Bank of Griffin. Colquitt is charged with bank robbery.

According to a GPD press release, the Pike County Sheriff’s Office assisted GPD investigators with the arrest of Colquitt, who is also a suspect in several other crimes within the City of Griffin.
