The first is the Applebee’s Pancake breakfast from 8-9 a.m., and from 9-10 a.m., March 2. Tickets are $7 and they can be bought from any Jag players. The players will also be there serving breakfast. The second is the team’s annual Golf Tournament on March 9 at the Griffin City Course. Cost is $200 per team. Start time is 9 a.m.

SHS SPRING BASKETBALL: Calling all county hoops legends! Do you want to lace up your sneakers and see who’s the best?
If that’s your goal, then join the upcoming Spalding High Spring Basketball Men’s League for men ages 21 and up. The registration for the league is through Tuesday, March 12.
Cost is $350 per team. The games will be played at the Spalding High gym on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-9 p.m., starting March 20.

EXCHANGE GOLF TOURNEY: The 10th Annual Griffin Exchange Club Charity Golf Tournament is noon, Wednesday April 24 at the Morgan Dairy Golf Club.

MOTHERS DAY GOLF TOURNEY: The inaugural Mother’s Day Golf Outing, sponsored by The Caring House, is 8:30 a.m., Friday, May 10, at the Griffin City Golf Course. Fee for the four-man Fort Lauderdale is $50 per person which includes green fees, cart and range balls.
Prizes will be awarded for top score, longest drive and closest to the pin. You can also win a new car with a hole-in-one on a designated hole.
