Mr. Dean was born in Little Eagle, Neb., the son of the late Icle Mae Morton and William Joseph Outhouse. He served his country in the United States Army from 1952 until 1954. He was a member of King’s Vineyard Church and a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many.
Survivors include his wife, Bobbie J. Dean, of Luella, children, David Dean, of Cocoa Beach, Fla., Carol Dean, of Shreveport, La., Curtis Dean and his wife, Michelle, also of Shreveport, La., Darryl Dean and his wife, Shabnam, of Luella and Timothy Dean, also of Luella; grandchildren, Sanna Prasla, of Luella, Chelsea Dean and Shelby Dean, of Shreveport, La. and Adam Dean, also of Luella; brother, Kenneth Dean, of Brenwood, Tenn., and nephew, Scott Dean, of Brentwood, Tenn.
Homegoing celebrations for Mr. Willard J. “Will” Dean will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007, in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home of McDonough with Pastor Ralph Martin officiating. Interment will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to the service hour at the funeral home.
