— I am a senior citizen living on Social Security, a fixed income. I am to receive a $16 monthly raise in 2013. My Part B Medicare premium went up from $99.50 a month to $104.50 a month. My cable bill, without any warning, went up from $74.54 a month to $83.95 a month. Now all the fast-food restaurants on their dollar value menus, have gone up from $1 to $1.29.
