Easter egg hunts Saturday

Several local churches will hold Easter egg hunts on Saturday.

• Voice to the Nations will hold its annual Easter Explosion Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Kiwanis Fairgrounds. For ages 12 and under, there will be 50,000 eggs at the free event. Other activities include pony rides, inflatables and a rock wall. Concessions will be sold separately.

• Griffin Center Point Church, 1427 U.S. Highway 41 Bypass South, hosts its Kidz Zone annual family day egg hunt Saturday, beginning at 11 a.m.

• Hanleiter United Methodist Church hosts a children’s Easter egg hunt at Mount Zion Campground Saturday at 2 p.m.

• St. John Lutheran Church, 1689 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, Griffin, hosts an Easter egg hunt from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday.

• Teamon Baptist Church, 2567 Teamon Road, hosts an Easter celebration with games and an Easter egg hunt beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday.
