When someone said “it takes a village to raise a child,” I would like to amend this to say “it took the village of Griffin and Spalding County to see us through these last nine months of Charles’ illness.”
You supported us through your prayers and many other evidences of your kindness. For that, my boys and I will be eternally grateful.
It was Charles’ joy to represent you as General Griffin 2009. He knew what a great community we have. Please continue to do that which is good for other fellow men or women who may need your help.
