At about 1:42 a.m., Griffin Police observed a man and woman walking north on North Expressway at Ellis Road. They appeared to be having a heated argument. The officer reportedly observed the male throw his hands in the air, approach the female in an aggressive manner, and put his hands on the female.
The officer advised other officers and made contact with the couple. The female reportedly appeared to be nervous and scared while the male did not say anything until asked.
