Local teen chooses Stepping Stones for Eagle Scout project

James Callaway had been planning his Eagle Scout project for about two months, and on Saturday, he made it a reality at the Stepping Stones Educational Therapy Center on Futral Road.

Supported by several fellow boy scouts and adult leaders, Callaway supervised the building of two adult-size picnic tables, two adult-size benches and five children-size picnic tables. In addition, his crew repaired two benches that already existed at the school.
