The chips will be found at Atlanta-area Kroger stores, and will eventually make their way to other Kroger divisions throughout the country. The chips will be available in four flavors: Original, Cheddar Cheese, Jalapeno Cheddar and Sweet Heat.

GHS FOOTBALL TICKETS: Griffin High season football tickets will be on sale from 8 a.m., until 3 p.m., Aug. 8-10 at the Griffin High main office, 1617 West Poplar St.
The Bears have three home games this season: Sept. 14 against Jonesboro, Sept. 28 against Stockbridge and Oct. 19 against North Clayton. Season ticket prices are $18 for adults, and $15 for seniors and students. Game-day ticket prices at the school — available to Griffin High students only — include $5 for students (only one per student), $6 for seniors and $8 for adults.
All other tickets sales will be sold at the gate on game night and are $6 for seniors and $8 for adults and students. Please note, Griffin will be the visitors for the Griffin-Spalding High game on Nov. 2. Please contact Spalding High for information on ticket sales to that game.

SHS FOOTBALL TICKETS: Spalding High School will begin season ticket sales for 2012 Jaguar Football on today, Thursday, Aug. 9 at Spalding High School. Prices are $30 for adults and $25 for students and golden agers 62 and over. Pike County pre-season scrimmage tickets are $6.
In addition to a presason scrimmage against Pike County on Aug. 17, the Jaguars have home games this season against: Lamar County on Aug. 31, Rutland on Sept. 7, Dutchtown on Sept. 27, North Clayton on Oct. 26 and Griffin on Nov. 2.

FALL BALL: It’s time to register for the fall season of youth baseball and softball. Registrations will be accepted through Aug. 11. Registration is available online at www.spaldingcountylittleleague.com. Registration will also be accepted at the Little League Office at AMBUCS gym from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Aug. 11.

GOLF BENEFIT: A golf benefit in memory of Jason Smallwood will be held 9 a.m., Aug. 10 at Morgan Dairy Golf Course. Fee for the four-person scramble ranges from $240-$325 per team. Sponsorship A gets a team of four into the event in addition to four mulligans and one company sign on a tee box, while Sponsorship B gets a team of four into the event and four mulligans.
