Mr. Jesse Calvin Johnson, age 87 of Griffin, passed away Thursday Nov. 29, 2012, at his residence. Funeral services for Mr. Johnson will be conducted on Monday Dec. 3, 2012, at 10 a.m., in the Chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Chaplain Victoria Thomas will officiate. Interment will follow in Westwood Gardens with military honors. Mr. Jimmy A. Daniel, age 48, of Griffin passed away Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at his residence. Funeral arrangements will be announced later by McDowell’s Funeral Home, 305 North Hill St., Griffin.
