Mrs. Kimberly (Kim) Beall Helms, 48, of Griffin, passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Vistacare Hospice-Emory Midtown, Atlanta.

Kim was born in Griffin on July 11, 1964. She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy R. Beall, brother, Scott Beall and her aunt Barbara Buchanan. Kim graduated High School in 1982, employed by the City of Griffin for over 20 years before her health declined, was a member of Griffin First Assembly.

Survivors include her husband, Marty Helms; daughter and son-in-law, Brooke Rutledge Finley and her husband Kevin and their son, Kash Finley; daughter, Brandy Rutledge Bates and her children, Gracie Bates and Hayden Bates; mother, Dianne M. Beall; mother-in-law, Mildred Helms; aunt, Betty McAleer.

Visitation for Kim B. Helms will be on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Reverend Billy Anderson will officiate. Interment will follow in Westwood Gardens.
