Griffin Police officers on Wednesday responded to a report of an armed robbery at Little Caesars at 1699 North Expressway.

According to an employee, three black males entered the business when a store employee was taking out the trash at approximately 11:30 p.m. The employees were forced into the bathroom. The three suspects were able to escape with an undisclosed amount of cash from the business.

Two of the suspects were wearing blue jackets with hoods and their faces were covered with what appeared to be a surgical type of mask. The third suspect was wearing a camouflage jacket with a stocking hat and a green T-shirt or bandanna covering his face.

Cpl. Kelly McKinney is investigating the incident and anyone with information is asked to contact McKinney at 770-229-6450 or kmckinney@cityofgriffin.com.
