Deputies from the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office, agents from the Multi-Jurisdiction Task Force and the Barnesville Police Department on Thursday executed a search warrant at 147 Aldora St. The warrant and subsequent arrests were part of ongoing investigations of illegal drugs in Lamar County.

Chemicals used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine were found on the property. Due to the danger associated with these types of chemicals, five persons were taken into custody and booked into the Lamar County Jail.
